Sec. 17.1. (a) A complaint against a person registered or temporarily registered under this chapter is subject to IC 25-1-7.
(b) The committee may impose sanctions under IC 25-1-9 against a person registered or temporarily registered under this chapter.
(c) An action taken by the committee under this section must be approved by a majority of the quorum.
