Ind. Code § 25-21.8-2-7

Quorum

As added by P.L.200-2007, SEC.8.

Sec. 7. (a) Three (3) members of the board constitute a quorum.

(b) An affirmative vote of three (3) members of the board is necessary for the board to take official action.
