Sec. 1. (a) The board shall meet:
(1) at least one (1) time each calendar year; and
(2) at other times when:
(A) the chairperson; or
(B) a quorum of the board;
considers a meeting necessary.
(b) Members of the board must be notified of the date, time, and location of a meeting of the board at least ten (10) days before the meeting.
