Sec. 2. Each year the board shall:
(1) determine the cost incurred in administering the program for the registration of soil scientists under this article; and
(2) if necessary, adjust the amount of the:
(A) registration fee charged under IC 25-31.5-4-10; and
(B) renewal fee charged under IC 25-31.5-6-3;
to ensure that the program is self-supporting.
