Non-interference with licensee's ability to hold a single state license in multiple states

As added by P.L.98-2023, SEC.2.

Sec. 4. Nothing in this compact shall interfere with a licensee's ability to hold a single state license in multiple states. However, for the purposes of this compact, a licensee shall have only one (1) home state license.
