Ind. Code § 25-43-5-4

Single state license

As added by P.L.21-2023, SEC.1.

Sec. 4. Nothing in this compact shall interfere with a licensee's ability to hold a single state license in multiple states; however, for the purposes of this compact, a licensee shall have only one (1) home state license.
