Sec. 1. (a) The behavior analyst committee is established.
(b) The committee consists of the following members appointed by the governor:
(1) Three (3) behavior analyst members.
(2) One (1) consumer member.
(3) One (1) physician member.
(c) A member appointed to the committee serves a term under IC 25-1-6.5.
