Ind. Code § 26-3-8-9.5

"Verified mail"

As added by P.L.144-2014, SEC.4.

Sec. 9.5. As used in this chapter, "verified mail" means any method of mailing that:

(1) is offered by the United States Postal Service or a private delivery service; and

(2) provides evidence of mailing.
