Sec. 25. "Own Risk and Solvency Assessment Guidance Manual" or "ORSA Manual" refers to the document entitled "Own Risk and Solvency Assessment Guidance Manual" that is:
(1) adopted by the NAIC; and
(2) in effect on January 1, 2018.
