Sec. 26. "Purposes and Procedures Manual of the NAIC Investment Analysis Office" refers to the document entitled "Purposes and Procedures Manual of the NAIC Investment Analysis Office" that is:
(1) adopted by the NAIC; and
(2) in effect on January 1, 2018.
