Ind. Code § 27-1-24.5-14

Sec. 14. As used in this chapter, "pharmacy benefit manager network" means a group of pharmacies or pharmacists that is offered:

(1) through an agreement or health plan contract; and

(2) to provide pharmacist services for health plans.
