Ind. Code § 27-1-28-20

Contracts

Sec. 20. An independent adjuster shall:

(1) maintain a copy of each contract between the independent adjuster and an insurer or a self-insurer; and

(2) comply with the record retention policy agreed to in the contract described in subdivision (1).
