Ind. Code § 27-1-30.4-3

"Property and casualty insurance company"

As added by P.L.165-2022, SEC.5.

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "property and casualty insurance company" means a company authorized to make one (1) or more types of property or casualty insurance.
