Ind. Code § 27-1-43.2-10

Service contract characterization and regulation

As added by P.L.129-2014, SEC.10.

Sec. 10. (a) A service contract:

(1) is not insurance; and

(2) except as provided in this chapter, is not regulated under IC 27.

(b) The authority of the commissioner under this chapter is in addition to all other authority of the commissioner under this title.
