Ind. Code § 27-19-1-5

When continued payment of premiums is considered purchase of a new policy

As added by P.L.226-2023, SEC.31.

Sec. 5. For the purposes of this article, an individual who continues to pay premiums for a policy or contract offered by a qualified health plan issuer in a benefit year that follows the benefit year in which the individual purchased the original policy or contract is considered to have purchased a new policy or contract for the purposes of 45 CFR 147.106(h)(2).
