Ind. Code § 27-2-11.1-1

Competence to contract for insurance

Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.275, SEC.5.

Sec. 1. No person eighteen (18) years of age or over is incompetent because of age to contract for any insurance or exercise every right, privilege and benefit provided by any insurance contract.
