Ind. Code § 27-7-9-3

"Mine subsidence"

As added by P.L.164-1986, SEC.1

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "mine subsidence" means the collapse of an underground coal mine resulting in damage to a structure. The term does not include loss caused by earthquake, landslide, volcanic eruption, or collapse of storm or sewer drains.
