Ind. Code § 27-8-12-1

"Applicant" defined

As added by P.L.275-1987, SEC.1.

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "applicant" means:

(1) an individual who applies for long term care insurance through an individual insurance policy; or

(2) a prospective holder of a certificate issued under a group long term care insurance policy.
