Ind. Code § 27-8-30-1

"Accident and sickness insurance policy" defined

As added by P.L.107-2002, SEC.29.

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "accident and sickness insurance policy" means a policy that:

(1) provides the kinds of coverage described in Class 1(b) or Class 2(a) of IC 27-1-5-1; and

(2) includes a prescription drug benefit.
