Ind. Code § 27-8-38-1

Application

As added by P.L.170-2022, SEC.38.

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to:

(1) accident and sickness insurance policies issued, delivered, or renewed after June 30, 2022; and

(2) HMO contracts entered into or renewed after June 30, 2022.
