Ind. Code § 3-10-1-10

Persons entitled to challenge voter

As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.6.

Sec. 10. Only a voter who is a member of the political party for whose candidates a person is offering to vote at a primary election may challenge the person on the ground of party affiliation.
