Ind. Code § 3-11-13-11.5

No quotation marks in formatting public questions on ballot

As added by P.L.109-2021, SEC.46.

Sec. 11.5. A public question printed on a ballot shall be set forth without any quotation marks preceding or following the text of the public question.
