Duplicate ballot card to be clearly labeled and bear serial number

As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.8.

Sec. 6. All duplicate ballot cards must:

(1) be clearly labeled "duplicate"; and

(2) bear a serial number, which shall be recorded on the damaged or defective card.
