Candidates who file with secretary of state

As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.4

Sec. 5. A declaration of candidacy for:

(1) a federal office;

(2) a state office;

(3) a legislative office; or

(4) the local office of:

(A) judge of a circuit, superior, probate, or small claims court; or

(B) prosecuting attorney of a judicial circuit;

shall be filed with the secretary of state.
