Ind. Code § 30-2-8.5-6

"Financial institution" defined

As added by P.L.267-1989, SEC.2.

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "financial institution" means a bank, trust company, savings institution, or credit union chartered and supervised under state or federal law.
