"Custodial trust property"
Known as the Indiana Uniform Custodial Trust Act
The act spans §§ 30-2-8.6-1 to 30-2-8.6-9 (39 sections).

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "custodial trust property" means the following:
(1) An interest in property:
(A) transferred to; or
(B) held under a declaration of trust by;
a custodial trustee under this chapter.
(2) The income from and proceeds of the property interest described in subdivision (1).
