Ind. Code § 31-10-2-1.5

Consideration of child's safety preeminent in determination of child's best interests

As added by P.L.70-2024, SEC.2.

Sec. 1.5. For purposes of IC 31-19, IC 31-28, IC 31-34, and IC 31-35, the department or a court shall consider ensuring the child's safety to be the most important consideration in the determination of a child's best interests under this title.
