Ind. Code § 31-16-6-7.8

Child support considered priority claim

As added by P.L.207-2013, SEC.47.

Sec. 7.8. Child support that:

(1) the parent was obligated to pay; and

(2) has not been paid at the time of the parent's death;

constitutes a priority claim against the estate.
