Application of Indiana Rules of Civil Procedure

As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.9.

Sec. 2. Proceedings under this chapter, IC 31-17-4, IC 31-17-6, and IC 31-17-7 must comply with the Indiana Rules of Civil Procedure.
