Ind. Code § 31-26-3.5-1.5

"Child welfare substance abuse treatment services"

As added by P.L.243-2017, SEC.6.

Sec. 1.5. As used in this chapter, "child welfare substance abuse treatment services" includes the following:

(1) Addiction counseling.

(2) Inpatient detoxification.

(3) Medication assisted treatment, including a federal Food and Drug Administration approved long acting, nonaddictive medication for the treatment of opioid or alcohol dependence.
