Ind. Code § 31-36-2-1

Time for instituting investigation

As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.19.

Sec. 1. A law enforcement agency shall begin an investigation concerning the missing child not later than twenty-four (24) hours after receiving notification that the child is missing.
