Sec. 8. A person having custody of sealed records relating to a finding that a child committed an offense that would be a serious violent felony (as defined by IC 35-31.5-2-294) shall cooperate with a law enforcement agency to ensure that these records are accessible from the mobile terminal of a law enforcement officer, and are otherwise available to a law enforcement officer acting within the scope of the officer's duties in a timely manner.
