Ind. Code § 31-9-2-100.5

"Qualified medical practitioner"

Sec. 100.5. "Qualified medical practitioner", for purposes of IC 31-9-2 means the following:

(1) A physician licensed under IC 25-22.5.

(2) A physician assistant licensed under IC 25-27.5.

(3) A physical therapist licensed under IC 25-27.

(4) An advanced practice registered nurse licensed under IC 25-23.

(5) A chiropractor licensed under IC 25-10.

(6) A psychologist licensed under IC 25-33.
