Ind. Code § 31-9-2-48.3

"Grandparent visitation"

As added by P.L.50-2006, SEC.1.

Sec. 48.3. "Grandparent visitation", for purposes of IC 31-17-2.2, means visitation rights granted to a grandparent under IC 31-17-5.
