Applicability

Known as the Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act

The act spans §§ 32-17.5-10-1 to 32-17.5-9-1 (49 sections).

Sec. 1. This article applies to a disclaimer of an interest in or power over property created after June 30, 2003.
