Ind. Code § 32-17.5-2-6

"Future interest"

Known as the Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act

The act spans §§ 32-17.5-10-1 to 32-17.5-9-1 (49 sections).

As added by P.L.5-2003, SEC.1.

Sec. 6. "Future interest" means an interest that, if it takes effect in possession or enjoyment, takes effect later than the time of its creation.
