Ind. Code § 32-24-2-4

"Works board" defined

As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.9.

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "works board" means:

(1) the board of public works or the board of public works and safety of a city; or

(2) the legislative body of a town.
