Ind. Code § 32-30-2-8

Expiration of plaintiff's interest; damages only

As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.15.

Sec. 8. If the plaintiff's interest in the premises expires before the time in which the plaintiff could be put in possession of the premises, the plaintiff may obtain only a judgment for damages.
