Ind. Code § 32-30-5-2

Persons prohibited from being appointed in particular action

As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.15.

Sec. 2. A court may not appoint:

(1) a party;

(2) an attorney representing a party; or

(3) another person interested in an action;

as a receiver in that action.
