Ind. Code § 33-24-3-5

Additional powers of court

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.3.

Sec. 5. The supreme court may:

(1) impose and administer all necessary oaths;

(2) punish by fine and imprisonment for contempt of the supreme court's authority; and

(3) process and compel the attendance of witnesses by attachment and fine.
