Ind. Code § 33-26-8-2

"Qualifying county"

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.5.

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "qualifying county" means a county having a population of more than four hundred thousand (400,000) and less than seven hundred thousand (700,000).
