Ind. Code § 33-28-1-3

Recognizances

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.7.

Sec. 3. The judge of a circuit court, within the judge's district, shall take all necessary recognizances to keep the peace, or to answer any criminal charge, or offense, in the court having jurisdiction.
