Ind. Code § 33-38-13-7

"Presiding master" defined

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.17.

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "presiding master" means the master so designated by the chief justice or, in the absence of a designation, the justice or judge named in the order appointing masters.
