Ind. Code § 33-38-4-2

Salary

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.17.

Sec. 2. The salary for the chief clerk:

(1) shall be fixed by the judge of the court;

(2) may not be more than four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per year; and

(3) shall be paid in monthly installments from the county treasury of the county in which the court is located.
