Sec. 0.1. The amendments made to sections 15, 16, and 19 of this chapter by P.L.33-2006 apply to a participant in the fund who:
(1) is serving on July 1, 2006; or
(2) serves after July 1, 2006;
in a position described in section 8 of this chapter.
