Ind. Code § 33-43-2-2

Burden of proof

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.22.

Sec. 2. In a prosecution under this chapter, the state is not required to prove that the defendant has not been admitted as an attorney. The burden of proving admission is on the defendant.
