Ind. Code § 34-13-1-4

Attorney general; duties

As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.8.

Sec. 4. The attorney general, in person or by deputy, shall defend and represent the interests of the state in any action brought under this chapter (or IC 34-4-16 before its repeal).
