Ind. Code § 34-18-17-6

Applications for insurance

As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.13.

Sec. 6. If a risk, after diligent effort, has been declined by at least two (2) insurers, the risk may forward an application to the risk manager, together with evidence of the two (2) declinations.
