Sec. 383. (a) IC 25-26-24-19(l) (Concerning a practitioner obtaining information from the Indiana scheduled prescription electronic collection and tracking program and using the information for the treatment of a patient).

(b) IC 25-26-24-19(n) (Concerning providing information to a law enforcement agency based on a report from the Indiana scheduled prescription electronic collection and tracking program).
