Sec. 1. The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:
(1) "Public school" means:
(A) a public school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-15); or
(B) a charter school.
(2) "School resource officer" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-26-18.2-1.
